Remember the Gratitude Challenge from December?
Well in the midst of very challenging circumstances due to COVID 19, it’s time to reboot our gratitude!
Gratitude is scientifically shown to improve your wellbeing and mood.
And that’s something we can all use while social distancing and isolation remain ongoing for likely months to come!
