What Is Reiki?
Reiki is a gentle, natural energy treatment that helps to transform energetic blockages and restore inner balance.
In case you’ve never had experience with Reiki, and aren’t sure what it can help with, it can help to:
- Reduce your stress, anxiety and pain
- Enhance your emotional well-being
- Support other healing modalities (including modern medicine)
Distance Reiki
You can receive Distance Reiki from me. The Reiki treatment occurs at a scheduled time that you have selected at the time of booking.
Reiki is just as effective at a distance as in person; my Reiki Master training gives me the tools to effectively deliver Reiki treatments at a distance.
Typically, it’s a good idea to book your session at a time when you can lie down or sit in meditation or relaxation. Never book an appointment for when you will be driving, nor operating any machinery, and always make sure you’re feeling grounded again after your treatment before doing these.
After the treatment, I will email you with the session notes of insights received and observations made during your treatment.
What if you have religious or spiritual beliefs? Or what if you really don’t?
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, there is nothing you must believe or not believe in order to receive Reiki. Reiki can be received in person and from a distance.
In other words, regardless of what religious, spiritual, energetic beliefs you have – or don’t have – you can still receive and enjoy Reiki treatments.
What are my qualifications?
I am a certified Reiki Master, having completed rigorous training over time through three levels of Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki, including Level I Practitioner, Level II Practitioner, and finally, Master level. I am a registered member in good standing with the Canadian Reiki Association. I practice the Usui Shiki Ryoho style (a traditional style) of Reiki.
Reiki is learned and attuned within a lineage framework (similar to the study and practice of martial arts). My direct lineage as a Reiki Master is:
