This week’s new moon in Pisces lends itself to deep reflection that asks us to just be with something that we need to let ourselves be with internally. We don’t need all the answers, and it’s time to avoid the temporary feeling of relief that distractions provide. So here is a Tarot spread (or journaling prompts) to help you with that.
But why do I need to “sit” with anything, anyway?
Sure, we can feel a sense of relief or more ease when we distract ourselves from something that’s trying to get our attention internally.
There is nothing wrong with relief.
And it’s also important to truly allow ourselves to be present with ourselves, our emotions and other things we may sometimes have avoided.
How to use the spread
So I have created this spread to help you with that.
You can use it as a Tarot spread, or use any other kinds of cards or tools you like.
Or, you can use these questions as journaling prompts and do some freewriting journaling (I have an easy how-to in this other blog post if you’re not sure how).
Even if you are using cards, I strongly recommend doing journaling and letting your thoughts and reactions flow. It might not seem like it, but you will get SO much more out of your reflection if you do a little Tarot journaling.
